Waterbed and Air Bed Return Policy
WaterbedSmart.com
will only sell the highest quality goods, but we understand that
sometimes problems can arise. We therefore offer a 30 day return policy on all merchandise we ship.
- Free shipping applies only to products that you keep. If for any
reason you decide to return merchandise, original shipping costs will
be deducted from your order, even if free shipping is marked on your
order.
- We will not pick up any returned merchandise.
- Only unopened, unused merchandise can be returned to us.
- Defective merchandise will, of course, be exchanged when returned in it's original packaging.
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Waterbed sheets, mattress pads, and mattress covers that have been opened cannot be exchanged.
- In order to return merchandise, you must first contact us by
phone or e-mail in order to receive a return authorization number. Once
this number is assigned, you will receive a list of items to be
returned. Upon receiving your return, we will notify you to
let you know your merchandise was received and inspected. Upon
approval, it will also have your credit memo for the dollar amount that
will be refunded, or applied toward any open orders.
- All acceptable returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Any returned freight sent without return authorization, or shipped to us collect, will be refused at the customers expense.
- By placing any order with us, your acceptance to our return policy is implied.
- For orders shipped via any method other than usps or ups, the reciever is responsible for inspecting all merchandise in satisfactory condition prior to signing the drivers delivery reciept free and clear of any transit or other damage. Once the product(s) are signed for, all rights to file a claim against the carrier and shipper are waived, including any attempts to charge back your credit card company. Any damages found subsequent to the reciever signing drivers delivery reciept are the sole responsibility of the customer. No exeptions will be considered.
