Shipping Policy: Waterbeds and Air Beds

Shipping for waterbeds within the continental US is free. We will usually ship within 24 hours from receipt of your order. Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional cost.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days from shipping date for complete waterbed and air bed deliveries to arrive at your home. You will be contacted by your local freight company to arrange for your new bed to arrive. Please note that your driver is only responsible for curbside delivery, and will not carry your bed into your home. Soft side beds and air beds ship in large boxes that are too big for one person to carry, so it is advisable for you to arrange for somebody to help you carry your new bed into your home.

If you live in a rural or isolated area, special arrangements may have to apply, and may incur additional shipping cost. If that is the case, we will attempt to contact you before we ship your waterbed or air bed.

 BE SURE TO INSPECT ALL BOXES PRIOR TO SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. IF YOU SIGN AND THE MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED, YOU HAVE JUST ACCEPTED IT AS IS.
